Watch your mail for the ballot
April 8-27, 2024---Look for this ballot mailing letter in your mailbox during the week of April 8, 2024. It looks like junk mail but don't throw it out . Save documents inside the envelope so you can vote in the Dakota Electric Board Election. A ballot, a green return envelope and a flyer with Director Candidate Profiles are enclosed. Printed on the green return envelope are numbers needed to vote electronically. If you vote by mail you must return it in the green envelope so they have the numbers.

You can vote electronically or by marking your ballot and returning the ballot in the green return envelope. Instructions are printed at the top of your ballot and on the enclosed tri-fold flyer of Director Candidate Profiles.
Note: To vote electronically, you will need to input the numbers off the green return envelope.
Vote by noon on April 25, 2024
Voting in all five races is ok in the Dakota Electric Board Election. Each Co-op member can cast one vote in each race regardless of where you live in the Dakota Electric Service area. Voting is key. Participate and be counted.
